By accessing or using YourArton.com you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as any additional guidelines we may publish. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in YourArton.com:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• To receive monetary gifts, you must set up a free PayPal account and link it to your YourArton.com profile by adding the email associated with your PayPal account.
• By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and truthful.

3. Purpose and Platform Guidelines

YourArton.com is a platform for:

• Sharing positive, inspiring art.
• Supporting artists through voluntary, tax-free monetary gifts, up to $19,000 per individual giver per artist annually or $38,000 per married couple per artist annually.

Prohibited Content:

We do not permit:

• Content supporting terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups.
• The offering of sexual services or the sale of firearms or drugs.
• Child pornography or any child sexual abuse material.
• Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. We reserve the right to remove any art or comments at our sole discretion.

4. Monetary Gifts

Gift Policy:

• Gifts are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Beaver Entertainment, LLC will provide receipts for both givers and receivers for tax compliance purposes.

Tax-Free Gift Limits:

• Individuals may give up to $19,000 annually per artist.
• Married couples may give up to $38,000 annually per artist.

Givers are responsible for ensuring compliance with these limits and their local tax laws.

5. Account Requirements

To receive gifts:

• You must set up a free PayPal account and link your email associated with the PayPal account to your profile.
• Ensure your PayPal account is active and accurately configured in your account settings.

To maintain your account:

• Protect your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Artists retain ownership of all content they share.
• By posting, you grant Beaver Entertainment, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content for promotional purposes related to the platform.

7. Community Standards

YourArton.com is a space for positive and inspiring artistic expression. All users must adhere to the following principles:

• Respect for others.
• Constructive and uplifting feedback.
• No harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Share or promote content related to terrorism, hate groups, organized crime, child exploitation, or illicit goods and services.
• We respect diversity among our users and their positive expressions of art. Therefore, we do not allow shocking content or promote hatred, sexually explicit content, hate speech, violence, discrimination, graphic crime scene images, cruelty to animals, self-harm, or content that exploits sensitive events’.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including soliciting false monetary gifts.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Termination of Use

Beaver Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Remove content that violates our positive guidelines or is harmful to the community.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• Beaver Entertainment, LLC is not responsible for disputes or outcomes related to monetary gifts.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of content posted by users.
• The platform is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically and users will be notified of the changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
